All too often, as people age, they become less active.  Sadly, they reach a point where they are no longer able to be an active part of the life of the church.  Many suffer from loneliness and depression as a result of being away from their brothers and sisters in Christ.

Elder Care is designed to provide regular visits for those who are confined to their homes.  The purpose of this ministry is to reach out to the elderly, showing that they are loved and not forgotten.  There are often service opportunities as needs arise for work to be done around their home and property.  This ministry seeks to meet those needs as best as possible.  Continuing to provide love and support to those in their twilight years is rewarding for both the senior and the one serving.
